训练中听到的口令

训练中从有经验的舵手那里听到的口令——保留原话,记下意思和什么时候喊。

The words are kept exactly as I heard them. The meaning and timing are my reading of how they were used.

Relaxing and staying calm

  • Steady hands. — keep the hands steady. When: around the catch and release, or when the boat is unsettled or there are waves.
  • Take it with relaxation. / Take it with composure. — carry on relaxed and composed. When: under pressure, or with a crew closing in.

Pieces and progress
