水上口令:新人版
新人听得懂的完整句子口令:每条写清意思、什么时候喊、要不要重复、怎么喊。
New rowers can’t yet read a two-word call, so say the whole sentence. The short version in brackets is for once the crew knows it. For the basics — calls follow the stroke, when to repeat, how to use your voice — see How to Call.
Sources: NowNow (heard at practice, word for word), Row2k (Row2k coxswain calls list), Added (my own, from experience — the coach’s habits come first). (To confirm) marks my reading of a call’s meaning.

Swap the sides to turn left. | Coming in to the dock, turning, adjusting direction | Once; when it has turned far enough, call Easy, all to stop | Say clearly who backs and who rows, then Ready, spin — slow it down | NowNow (spin) + Row2k |
Starboard and port are as seen facing the bow (starboard = right, port = left).
